To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. This validation allows hospitality groups to use GTRIIP machine learning algorithms and biometrics technology to authenticate a user and complete a guest check-in within three minutes, sending guest information automatically into the Oracle Hospitality OPERA property management system. In addition to completing guest check-ins faster, GTRIIP’s integration with Oracle Hospitality OPERA is also expected to improve productivity and security in hotels through a digital experience.

The GTRIIP Front Desk Application 2.5 is a human identity verification solution that leverages on machine learning and artificial intelligence for travelers with a smartphone to check-in with a selfie. Using this system, hotels can increase check-in efficiency by more than 300%, reducing the average check-in duration of 10 minutes to less than 3 minutes – without compromising on security.
This system also evolves physical check-in registration cards into a more easily accessible digital registration card on a guest’s mobile device. Hence, this is an ideal platform for a group-level initiative, allowing for full integration across multiple venues and services via a near-seamless integrated digital environment. The integrated system is able to accommodate and facilitate other guest identity linked features, such as mobile room keys, in-room control, in-app messaging, services requests, and bookings for affiliated venues and offerings.
